The world is changing rapidly. We are being called to bring a new face to leadership, the face of the feminine. Yet, most of us have come up the ranks in organizations where men had the voice and most, if not all the power. How do we find the inspiration to lead in our own, authentic way, to lead from the power within?
Our way of leading looks and feels different. It comes from the heart and a desire to serve. As women, we are relational. Much of our satisfaction comes from relationships, yet we often ignore the relationship with Self, the relationship with our own inner voice and wisdom.
You’ve worked hard to get where you are…accomplished, respected, a leader. Finding balance can be difficult, especially as a woman trained by our culture to care for others, even before caring for ourselves. It’s easy to lose sight of the importance of taking time out of our busy lives to care for ourselves. This is at the heart of what I do. Creating a respite for you to find peace, clarity, and maybe even a little lightness.
