Good Morning!
In just one month our presidential election
will finally be over. I have to say, I will be happy when all of this
craziness is behind us.
Maybe I am naïve, but I am hoping that come
November 6th, we can return to some sense of normalcy again. In
the meantime, I am doing my best to really nourish myself and to remember
that just because chaos reins outside it doesn’t mean it needs to rein
inside.
I invite you this week to take a deep breath
and to bring your focus inward. Do something each day that nourishes
you. Take a walk in nature, make something yummy in your kitchen, or go
cuddle up with a good book (or for that matter, your favorite loved
one). It’s the little things in life that connect us to Spirit, reminds us
of who we really are, and to what really matters.
Make time this week for the delicious little
things that bring you joy. You’ll be glad that you did.
