Good Morning!
Did you know that
this week is “Be Kind to Humankind Week”? What a perfect
opportunity to take extra efforts to be kind to others as well as
yourself.
Truthfully, I
have a harder time being kind to myself than I’d like to admit. My
coach recently requested that I practice more self-compassion. It’s
humbling to admit that after all these years I still have much room
for improvement.
They say that we
teach what we are learning. That being said, I dare you this week
to be just a little more kind and gentle with yourself and with
others. I bet that you’ll be glad you did.
