Good Morning!
I recently turned on the radio and listened to a feature on gardening. The
host was discussing peonies and the importance of having stakes in
the ground to support them as they grow. My thoughts immediately
turned to how important it is for humans to be supported in
our growth and how challenging that is to so many of us.
For years I have been teaching my coaching clients about the
importance of feeling fully supported. If you are like most folks,
you’re great at being the supporter, but not so great at being
supported. I’ve often shared personal stories of my own journey to
empowerment and the important opportunity to learn to ask for help.
I've come to understand that asking for assistance is a sign of
strength and wisdom, not weakness.
The foundation of a coaching relationship is one of support and
empowerment. In partnering with my clients I offer support in
finding your focus, balance and zest for life. With our fast-paced
lifestyles, it’s easy to lose our sense of purpose, not to mention our
sanity. It’s nice to know that options exist to help us stay true
to ourselves and designing a life around what we value most.
Having a coach in your life is one of the most loving things you
can do for yourself. Weekly calls of love, support and
encouragement can be just what you need to get you back on track to
living the life you came here to live.
After coaching hundreds of clients, I am just as excited today as I
was the day I discovered coaching. Having a coach in my life
allowed me to break free into living an amazing life while being
a
coach, allowed me to support others in doing the same. In a time
when peace of mind is more important than ever I cannot help but
want to share my enthusiasm for coaching.
Like a beautiful peony, you deserve to have stakes in the ground
that support you in your growth. Stakes that nurture, love, and
feed you. Imagine how you’ll blossom!
