Good Morning!
So how did you do with
taking things at a turtle's pace this past week?
I enjoyed the process
of slowing down and finding a different rhythm.
I do find it ironic
that at the same time I was talking about slowing down, my computer blew
up and I am now gifted with the opportunity to be off my computer for a
few days. Somehow, that seems like a blessing to me.
Also, in reviewing
my week I can see that if I want to continue to honor my intention to
slow down, that I might have to clear some things off my plate. I trust
that as difficult as that might be, my life and my sanity will be better
for it.
So on that note, I will
keep this brief. Please drop me a line
carole@wisdomcoach.com and
let me know how it's going. Please forgive me if it takes me a few days
to respond, remember me and my computer are slowing down and taking it
easy.
