Good Morning!
I hope that you had a nice Valentine's Day and that the love and
appreciation you experienced bubbles over into this week.
As you bask in appreciation for the simple pleasures in your life,
don't forget to give thanks for the many blessings that you
experience each and every day.
As you focus your awareness on gratitude, you will find more and
more things coming to you to be grateful for.
It starts with the simple step of awareness and a willingness to
soften and open your heart. I challenge you this week to slow down,
take a deep breath, and notice what your heart is telling you. You
might be surprised at the wisdom and peace that's there for the
taking.
