Since many of us felt like we were still on holiday last week, I thought I would include my "10 Questions to Ponder for Creating Your Best Year Ever"
again in this weeks Monday
I have been hearing from a lot of you that 2005 was not an easy year. In light of some of my own personal challenges, added to the global events of the year, I would have to agree.
Last week I saw a picture on the front of a newspaper of a toilet seat and the caption, "2005: A Year to be Flushed! It instantly put a big grin on my face, not to mention I have been having a hard time getting that image out of my mind since. As I can hear the flushing sound of a year gone by, I am excited about the space left to create a completely new year of new experiences and new opportunities.
With a huge smile and an open and grateful heart, I look forward to supporting and communing with you to create your best year ever!
10 Questions to Ponder for
Creating Your Best Year Ever
am I most proud of accomplishing in my business and personal life this past
did I learn both about myself and my world? What is my soul wanting me to
and what matters most to me going forward into this new year?
am I going to eliminate or clear out to create more space for who and what
would I like to incorporate more of into my life? (see question #3)
would I like to bring on to my support team*?
can I celebrate my accomplishments, this past year, and most importantly,
the person I am becoming?
is my soul craving?
am I going to give back or make a contribution, thus allowing my life to
have more meaning and purpose?
question(s) was/were not asked that seem important to me?

What better way to start the New Year off, than a book about transformation and creating change?
I highly recommend Jane Fonda's new memoir called, My Life So Far.
As one of the most recognizable women of our time, Jane divides her life into three acts: her childhood, early films, and first marriage make up act one; her growing career in film, marriage to Ted Turner, and involvement in the Vietnam War belong to act two; and the third act belongs to the future, in which she hopes to "begin living consciously," and inspire others who can learn from her experiences. Fonda reveals intimate details and universal truths that she hopes "can provide a lens through which others can see their lives and how they can live them a little differently."
