Good Morning!

Phew! We got through the holidays and it's time to catch our breath. Thankfully, the last week of the year finds most of us uninterested in focusing and getting much accomplished, offering us a chance to relax a bit.

So, in this week of (relative) rest and recouping, I'd like to plant a seed for you to be thinking about the approaching New Year. Each January we are blessed with a clean canvas on which to create whatever we wish in the year to come.

I ask you to imagine yourself one year from today looking back on the year 2006. What were the biggest changes you made? What did you attract or create as you became more conscious of your ability to make powerful choices in each and every moment?

Next week I'll give you some concrete questions to ask yourself as you sculpt powerful intentions for the New Year. In the meantime, kick off your shoes, take a deep breath and ponder the possibilities...

Have a Relaxing week!

Quote of the Week

Quote of the Week: "The world is round, and the place which may seem like the end may also be only the beginning."
-- Ivy Baker-Priest

Question: As you enter the last week of the year, what are your hopes and dreams for the future?

Affirmation: "I lovingly let go of 2005 and soar into the new skies before me. What a joy it is to be free."

Carole's Latest Book Recommendation

What better way to start the New Year off, than a book about transformation and creating change?

I highly recommend Jane Fonda's new memoir called, My Life So Far.

As one of the most recognizable women of our time, Jane divides her life into three acts: her childhood, early films, and first marriage make up act one; her growing career in film, marriage to Ted Turner, and involvement in the Vietnam War belong to act two; and the third act belongs to the future, in which she hopes to "begin living consciously," and inspire others who can learn from her experiences. Fonda reveals intimate details and universal truths that she hopes "can provide a lens through which others can see their lives and how they can live them a little differently."

I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did! Click here to view or purchase this book
